My Review

"Finding Juliet" is the story of a boy desperately seeking for love. Had several crush and infatuations but all had left him for one or the other reason. Whenever he feels sad and lonely he goes back to his childhood friend Anjali who had always been there for him. After moving to Bangalore he came across Krish, who turns out to be a great friend and his love guru. He analyzed his love stories one by one and guided him to become a flirt.

So next we can see another avatar of our protagonist. Now his relationship with all the girls is of no strings attached, friends with benefits kind. But similar to our movie heroes he got fed up with all these. It is at this moment he realized that he had a strong feeling for his childhood friend Anjali who had always looked after him. And then the obvious thing happened…

The story may seem to be another script made for the ROMCOM movies. The story rotates around the concept of love and lust. One thing I loved about the narration is that though there are many sexual escapades but the novel nowhere appears vulgar. The story also shows how friendship turns into love.

Overall the story seemed quite good for a relatively quick refreshing read.
